Pixiu AKA Bear Dogs of the Cat Gap
Pixiu is an auspicious guardian of Wealth, said to crave the scent of gold and silver. A fierce-looking beast with whitish-gray fur, the Pixiu is said to bring riches in its mouth to lay at the feet of its master. Dangerous as a bear, loyal as a dog, and quick as a cat, this creature projects a sense of strength, elegance and mobility. The large fangs are said to drain the essence of evil and misfortune and convert it to Good Fortune, Wealth and Luck.
