Gothic Kestrel in Words
PENELOPE SHAW, from Page Five, shows up again in the Teahouse on Page Nine, and in Victor's study on Page Twelve. On Page Five we call her American Kestrel (1970) and on Pages Nine and Twelve we call her GOTHIC KESTREL, because she's all clockpunk gothic badass dominatrix super-she-villain now! She's mad as hell, and she showed up here at the climax of the issue to kick some ass!!!!!
